Nium Renovated Bulding Exterior.jpg

In 2014, Nium purchased a former institutional building and completed an extensive renovation, keeping its 1866 charm and beauty intact while making it a modern, comfortable, and functional space for our team and our clients.

When you walk in the building, you’ll see clean lines, open spaces, and high ceilings. It adds up to an atmosphere that cultivates creativity and collaboration. It’s a little different and a bit unexpected—just like us.

Our hard work got some attention. Nium was named one of the area’s coolest offices by the Pittsburgh Business Times in 2015, and we won the 2015 Pittsburgh Post-Gazette Renovation Contest. (HGTV has nothing on us.)

The purchase and renovation of the building and our two-acre property was a lengthy process that took nearly two years to complete.
